Steps to Reproduce

1. load the attached xlsx
2. open filter in column A. There are a Date filter and Color filter

3. open filter in column B. There are Number filter and Color filter

Current Result

• color filter doesn't respond to clicking but doesn't look disabled.
• Color filter has no criteria to list since all cells have the same background and foreground color

Expected Result

According to Excel 2007, the color filter should be disabled when no criteria available.

Debug Information

Since keikai filter follows Excel 2007, so it should follow filter popup behavior.
