vertical scroll disappears after clearing the filter

Steps to Reproduce

1. load the file attached in KEIKAI-425
2. open the filter dropdown of column B
3. select the first item only, apply
4. clear the filter

Current Result

the vertical scrollbar on the right-hand side disappear

Expected Result

the vertical scrollbar on the right-hand side still exists

if resizing a browser window, the vertical scrollbar appears.
