apply color filter with "no fill" doesn't work as expected

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. load the attached file
      2. select column B filer > Filter by color > No Fill

      Current Result

      all row having data are hidden

      Expected Result

      those cells with no background color should be visible e.g. row 2 ~ row 37
