Steps to Reproduce

http://10.1.3.45:8089/keikai-demo/workflow

1. go to Employee
2. open the Business Trip form
3. input any value to "purpose of business trip" and "Associated project number"
4. click Submit

Current Result

Error occurs, workflow failed (see attached image)

(note: also happens if you use the Leave Application form)

Expected Result

No Error
