Expected Behavior

As an end-user, after I click a sheet via a sheet tab with a mouse, I want to move the selection with the arrow keys.

Current Behavior

As an end-user, after I select a sheet via a sheet tab, I need to click inside a sheet again to focus it, then I can move the selection with the arrow keys.
