"New Book" toolbarbutton doesn't clear src attribute

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. run the attached zul
      2. click the button to set src
      3. click "New Book" toolbarbutton to load a new book
      4. click the button again

      Current Result

      keikai still shows a blank book

      Expected Result

      keikai should load the book set by the button onclick listener
