Expected Result

show B1's value with 2 double quotes

Debug Information

• 2 double quotes is a way to show double quotes in a text
  Ref: https://exceljet.net/formula/double-quotes-inside-a-formula
• keikai 5.3.0 / zss 3.9.6 don't have this bug, highly related to KEIKAI-328
• Please add more syntax test cases

use single quote
