Steps to Reproduce

1. create a new book via the toolbar
2. enter a multiline text at A1 by pressing alt+enter e.g.

abc
def
ghi

3. select A1, check the formula bar

Current Result

no scrollbar available

Expected Result

there is a scrollbar available for it can't display the whole text completely

workaround

resize the browser window, the scrollbar appears.
