      Steps to Reproduce

      1. run keikai with hiderowhead="true"

          <spreadsheet id="ss"  maxVisibleRows="1300" maxVisibleColumns="20" width="100%" height="100%"
                 showToolbar="true" showFormulabar="true"
                 showContextMenu="true" showSheetbar="true" hiderowhead="true"/>

      2. click "New File"
      3. check vertical gridlines
