Steps to Reproduce

1. load the attached file
2. type 123 at B2, the background becomes red
3. press the DELETE key to clear the content

Current Result

the background is still red at B2

Expected Result

the background is white

Workaround

• Press F2 to enter edit mode and delete the content, press ENTER key, then the conditional format updates.
