Steps to Reproduce

http://10.1.3.45:8089/keikai-demo/excel_like
1. go to Liquidity sheet
2.  go to a frozen cell like J2 (Q1) use toolbar button to change background color -> no effect
3. switch to another sheet, switch back -> color is applied

Current Result

colors are not applied immediately. only when we switch sheet and switch back, the color is applied

Expected Result

color should change immediately
