click on the New Book icon

the New Book tooltip is always there and cannot be closed.

2. ipad / chrome

click on the New Book icon

creates a new book, input a few characters. when the keyboard shows up, it pushes the New Book tooltip to the top, making it two New Book tooltips on the screen.

and the upper one won't go away
