      Steps to Reproduce

      1. run a spreadsheet with a blank sheet with *5.2.0.FL.20200413-Eval*
      2. move a mouse cursor on the toolbar

      Current Result

      mouse cursor doesn't change

      Expected Result

      mouse cursor change to a finger pointer
