      Steps to Reproduce

      1. import filters-conditionalFormatting.xlsx
      2. enlarge the width of column F to the right edge of the visible range
      3. open Number Filter

      Current Result

      the Number filter exceeds the visible area

      Expected Result

      show the submenu in another side like Excel
