chart can't display itself across frozen areas after moving

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. import chartInFreeze.xlsx
      2. move the chart down, out of the line of frozen
      3. move the chart up (back to the original position), across frozen and non-frozen areas
      (see )

      Current Result

      the chart is cut

      Expected Result

      the chart can be displayed completely
