Steps to Reproduce

1. start keikai with an empty sheet
2. click "fx" icon on the formula bar to open "Insert Function" dialog
3. search "offset"

Current Result

nothing found, but OFFSET is a supported function

Expected Result

show "offset" function

Debug Information

the function list comes from a fixed list in io.keikaiex.ui.dialog.Formulas which is not updated when a new function was implemented.
