selecting a sheet doesn't work for the first time

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. load the attached file with 5.1.0.FL.20200215-Eval

          <spreadsheet id="ss" height="100%" width="100%" src="/WEB-INF/books/t10863.xlsx"
                 maxVisibleRows="150" maxVisibleColumns="40" showContextMenu="true"
                 showToolbar="true" showSheetbar="true" showSheetTabContextMenu="true" showFormulabar="true"/>

      2. select the 2nd sheet

      Current Result

      the 2nd sheet doesn't show up, keikai still shows the first sheet

      Expected Result

      the 2nd sheet shows

      Debug Information

      • 5.0.0 doesn't have such issue
      • After step 2, if I select the 1st sheet again and select the 2nd sheet, the 2nd sheet just shows this time.
