Currently Jenkins runs ZTL using Selenium. TestCafe needs to be transpile into the js code and run tests locally.

We want TestCafe run on Jenkins remotely and use browser VMs to test.
We don't have to install any browsers on Jenkins.

And generate JUnit report for jenkins job.
