InvalidFormulaException while importing an XLS file with formula in pt_BR Locale

      In pt_BR locale, the decimal separator is comma (",") instead of dot ("."). This forces Excel to use ";" as formula argument separator.
      We're trying to import a sheet containing the following formula: "=ROUND(A; 2)".

      This formula works fine on ZSS-RC3.5.0 (the same as ZK ZSS online demo). But after the ZSS-565 bug fix, this seems to stop working.
