Failed on handle the case when merged cells are in the top row of AutoFilter

      0. Open blank.xlsx
      1. Merged cell A1:C2
      2. Enter value 1, 2, 3, 4 on column A into row 1, 3, 4, 5 respectively.
      3. Enable filter
      4. you should see ONE filter button in C1 (but it now shows 3 buttons on A1, B1, and C1 which is not correct)
      5. Unmerge cell A1:C2, the button should kept on C1(but it now shows on A1)
      6. Press the button you should still see filter dropdown 2, 3, 4
