      Reproducing Steps:

      1. merge 4 cells
      2. insert a hyperlink
      3. copy the merged cell
      4. paste special with value

      Actual:
      repeatedly paste hyperlink value 4 times on 4 cells.(see attached image)

      expected:
      1 hyperlink value in 1 cell.
