Merge cells with different background colors but still can see color line like borders

      Reproducing Steps:

      1. open blank file
      2. change B2:C2 background to red
      3. merge A2:C2
      Actual:
      the B2:C2 look like having top red border (actual background color)

      Expected:
      no border.
