just exported to a specific xlsx file with many formulas, Excel fail to load such file again

      reproducing steps:

      1. load attached file "TestFile2007-Formula.xlsx"
      2. just export it (no any modification)
      3. load such file by Excel
      4. Excel fails to load such file

      Excel tell the error message: "Removed Records: Named range from /xl/workbook.xml part (Workbook)"
      But this xlsx file doesn't has any named range.
