Problem Description:

If a user doesn't add "commons-io" manually, he will encounter java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/io/output/DeferredFileOutputStream when inserting a picture. Since the "insert picture" is Spreadsheet's built-in feature, this dependency (commons-io) should be configured in pom.xml
