Problem Description:

cut a merged cell and paste to another cell, the original cell doesn't become unmerged cells. In Excel 2007, after pasting a cut merged cells, original cell location revert back to unmerged cells. Only destination cell is merged cell.

Reproducing Steps:

1. In Spreadsheet, merged arbitrary 3 cells
2. cut the merged cell
3. paste it to another location

Expected:
Original cell become unmerged.

Actual:
Original cell is merged.
