Problem Description:

According to http://www.zkoss.org/product/zkspreadsheet (under "Functionality Highlights), Spreadsheet supports "named range" feature.
But I found I cannot create a named range within Spreadsheet.

Reproducing Steps:

1. display the attached file within Spreadsheet
2. there are two named ranged, TestRange1 and RangeMerged, set in the sheet. Click the merged cell.

Expected:
The address bar should display the range name, "RangeMerged"

Actual:
The address bar only displace cell address: "F4"
