left click row header (or column header) appears context menu

      Problem Description:

      this problem only happens on branch 3.0, Spreadsheet 2.5 doesn't have this problem.

      Reproducing Steps:

      1. left click a row header (or column header)

      Exptected:
      no context menu appears. just a row selected.

      Actual:
      a row selected and context menu appears.
