Problem Description:

if you increase a text to larger size and use italic style, the text is covered by the cell frame.

Reproducing Steps:

1. display the attached file
2. you can see the "6" is covered by the cell frame set text to size 26, italic, "Tahoma" (or MS San Serif),

expected:
italic text should be display completely without covering
