Reproducing Steps:

1. insert 2 pictures within Spreadsheet
2. try to move the first-inserted picture

Expected:
the first-inserted picture is moved.

Actual:
the first-inserted picture cannot be moved.

Notice:
only the last-inserted picture can be moved or deleted, and after i deleted the last upload picture, no picture can be moved anymore
