AbstractExcelExporter doesn't export row break and column break

      inspect AbstractExcelExporter.exportSheet(), it doesn't export row break and column break. Or you can check Call Hierarchy for SSheetViewInfo.getRowBreaks() in eclipse, and you will find no exporter calls it.
