When sheet protected and not allowed to insert link; the inserted LINK should be a String

      1. Protect sheet but keep "insert link" unchecked; i.e. disallow insert link.
      2. In unlocked cell A1; enter http://www.zkoss.org
      3. Should see A1 appear a STRING http://www.zkoss.org
      4. Press F5 to reload the test case.
      5. Protect sheet but keep "insert link" checked; i.e. allow insert link.
      6. In unlocked cell A1; enter http://www.zkoss.org
      7. Should see A1 appear as a LINK with underline.
