Inserting a URL into a cell causes it locked

      steps to reproduce

      1. import a sheet with both locked and unlocked cells.
      2. protect the book
      3. insert a URL into unlocked cell

      actual results:

      1. cell loses background color (according to ZSS-1041 fix)
      2. bug: the unlocked cell becomes locked

      PS: MS-Excel keeps background color when a user inserts URL into a cell. Could ZSS do the same?
