Insert a column inside a filter range makes a filter works incorrectly

      steps to reproduce

      1. load the attached file
      2. insert a column at column "B"
      3. check the filter dropdown at column "B"

      actual result

      all filter dropdowns display only visible value instead of all candidate values.

      expected

      debug info

      delete column B in the filtering range also causes this issue.
