Deleting columns doesn't remove a merged cell with auto refresh disabled

      steps to reproduce

      1. load the zul
      2. merge A1:D1 cells horizontally
      3. click A2
      4. click "delete 4 columns with false autoRefresh" button

      actual result

      the merged cell still exists.

      expected result

      the merged cell should be removed
