Steps to reproduce

1. load a blank file
2. type test in A1
3. type a in A1, the cell value becomes a
4. type 我 in A1

result

the cell value is 我a. It's prepended in the cell instead of overriding the cell value.
It's inconsistent between 2 different languages input.
