Exported PDF doesn't have a file name in the footer (or header)

      steps to reproduce

      1. load the attached file
      2. export as a PDF file

      result

      the footer doesn't print the file name as configured in the Excel file.

      Debug info

      • if I configure the footer as file name, page number, then it prints correctly.
