sheet protection not working as expected

      using zssapp 3.8.0

      see this video (http://screencast.com/t/G4gtzNK3) and use the attached file test2.xlsx
      sheet 2 is protected with password: peter

      after importing the file, sheet2 can be unprotected without a password (1st problem)
      then when exporting and opening in excel again both sheets are protected (2nd problem)
