Cells with background color only shows for cells containing data when exporting to PDF

      Steps to reproduce

      1. load a blank file with 3.8.0.FL.20150422-Eval
      2. Apply background color to a whole row/column.
      3. Add data to a few of the cells in the row/column that has color.
      4. Export it to PDF.

      Actual result

      The PDF only contains the color for cells that contain data.
