FIRST ISSUE
In charts demo, the chart sometimes doesn't resize correctly.

the following steps can reproduce the issue

1. select any chart demo, should see the chart fills up the screen width.
2. switch to view, controller, or model tab
3. switch to another chart
4. the chart does not fill up the screen width.

SECOND ISSUE

On devices with narrower screen

1. open VU meter demo
2. if the screen is narrow enough, you will see the two chart overlapping

THIRD ISSUE
open "sparkline charts" demo under "area charts", see that the last row is incorrectly sized

FOURTH ISSUE
open "click to add a point" demo under "dynamic charts", clicking on the chart causes javascript error

FIFTH ISSUE
open "dial model" under "zk charts model", expanding the collapsed list header causes javascript error
