Add a disable attribute to paging component

      It would be great to have a simple way like a disabled attribut on paging, or better a paginationDisabled attribut on grid for when we want to block the user from navigating through the pagination.

      For exemple when there is a field with a validation error on the current page, so that the incorrect value is not lost (because not saved).
