run the attached example ckeditor-simple.zul and click the button

the button will trigger the panelchildren to be added dynamically to the panel
the nested ckeditor will quickly flicker and get destroyed immediately resulting in a simple textarea

the same does not happen when using simple divs, here the ckeditor renders correctly.
