A feature to inform the user on the layout region content.
In the current implementation, layout region is rendered with only an <i id="..." class="z-borderlayout-icon z-icon-chevron-..."></i> as content, until it is opened or slide to show the actual content.

Possible improvement:
The possibility to set a title, a caption, or an icon/image to inform the user.
