Would it be possible to not fire the onSelect event
when navigating a listbox via the up and down arrow keys?

I would like to allow the user to move through the list
using the arrow keys, and actually fire the selection
when the enter key or a mouse button is pressed.

A good example of this problem is the bandbox code on
the zk demo site. When up or down is pressed on the
keyboard the bandpopup containing the list is closed
and the item moved to is populated in the bandbox.
