Steps to reproduce

1. run http://zkfiddle.org/sample/20n8t2t/2-silvertail-theme with chrome and silvertail theme.
   The theme is applied correctly.
2. open developer tool, toggle device mode, select "Apple iPad"
3. run again

actual result

the window border is not silver color. the current theme is breeze.

debug information

• the issue doesn't happen in 6.0.1. Remove the zscript code and run it in 6.0.1 silvertail, the window's border is silver color which means the silvertail is applied correctly..
