Can't select specific date when daylight saving time started at 12:00:00 AM

      Reproduce sample:

      <datebox format="dd/MM/yyyy" />

      Reproduce steps:
      1. Change client's computer timezone to (UTC-03:00) Brasilia
      2. Open datebox popup and select 19/10/2014

      Excepted result: the date keep 19/10/2014.
      Actual result: the date change to 18/10/2014.
