"No items to display" is no longer centered in a Listbox with Firefox and Chrome.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. run attached zul and visit with Chrome and firefox under 7.0.3.FL.20140718-Eval

      Actual Result

      The message "No items to display" is not displayed in the center of a Listbox, but in IE 10 it's displayed in the center of a Listbox.

      Expected Result

      The message "No items to display" is displayed in the center of a Listbox
