Frozen Tree - column headers changing height (with native scrollbar)

      reproduced with 7.0.1.FL.20140121

      run the attached example and drag the horizontal scrollbar to the right (in the upper tree)
      -> the column header will change their height

      this does not happen when using the virtual scrollbar in the lower tree
