provide a skeleton project that is official and out-of-the-box.
zk is far too flexible till there are lots of ways to code with zk. that is good thing but the drawback is users get confused. most of the time we just find which way is the best possible way and explore how to use/code. which take a lot of time.

it is best to provide a starter project that is out-of-the-box like appfuse. it has features that needed by almost all Java programmer :

Maven, Hibernate, Spring and Spring Security
JPA Support
Authentication and authorization
User management
Remember Me (which saves your login information so you don't have to log in every time)
Password reminder
Signup and registration
SSL switching
E-mail
Extension-less URLs
File upload
Generic CRUD backend
Full Eclipse, IDEA and NetBeans support

and its better if you add something like Apache Shiro,RESTful, listing page (master detail are mandatory for corporate app),jasper report, jbpm/osworkflow,
