Configuration: allow user to abort the waiting thread if it takes too long to execute (activation)

      Currently, the library property called org.zkoss.zk.ui.activate.wait.retry.timeout only restarts the waiting. It will be better if we can control whether to stop the activation by specify org.zkoss.zk.ui.activate.wait.retry.abort=true
