Steps to Reproduce

Run ZK Chart EE jar (1)
When starting the default license check fails (2)
If a license file is added and declared in zk.xml, the license check also fails but for different reasons (3)

Current Result

A valid copy of ZK Charts will still show the "This is an evaluation version..." on startup and in the page once the eval delay is over

Expected Result

Licensed Jars should not act as evaluation in OSGI context
